Their free Principal membership begins on January 1 of the following year. At the end of the year, the board will review current Grant program companies and vote to either extend their grant for another year, so long as they still meet the financial requirements, or terminate their Alliance membership.

Grant applicants must meet the financial requirements to be considered: less than $1.5M USD in annual revenue. Proof of revenue is required (statement from accountant, balance sheet, etc.).
