Meeting Recap
Our third meeting of 2019 was hosted by member Sky at their new offices in Lisbon, Portugal.
The two-day meeting kicked off with a keynote by Keith Davidson (Head of Video Platforms, Identity Platforms and Reliability Engineering, Sky), Eric Black (SVP US Operations & Video),and Pedro Geada (MD Global OTT Technology, Sky).
Working group sessions were held throughout the two days and included discussions on Privacy, Data Analytics, Caching, QoE, Advertising, among others.
Attendees also enjoyed a cruise dinner (although dues to mechanical issues it was not able to :cruise”), and an exciting game of streaming video trivia.
