As manager of the Interconnects and Caching team within Core Network Planning Jeff is responsible for Peering connections to Verizon’s global Public IP network and developing strategies for the efficient flow of traffic. Upon first joining the Wireline planning organization in 2014 Jeff was responsible for capital budget management and program management of IT work requests Previously held various roles with National Network Operations (NNO) and Maintenance Engineering within Verizon Wireless working at various times on emergency services location technology, text messaging and as SS7 Planner for VZW. Most recently Jeff was responsible for planning the rollout of voice application servers needed for VZW’s nationwide launch of IMS based Voice over LTE (VoLTE).
