The laboratory’s setup involved collaboration with various stakeholders, including technology vendors, content providers, and internal teams. It required careful planning, coordination, and technical expertise to design and implement a robust infrastructure capable of handling live-streaming workflows efficiently.

As part of the Live Streaming team, I had the privilege of working closely with experts in the field, learning from their insights and contributing to the development of best practices for live streaming deployment. From configuring encoding and transcoding solutions to optimizing network performance and monitoring the quality of service, every aspect of the setup presented unique challenges that required innovative solutions.
